Can you pay your bill online?

Yes, please click the PayNow button at the top of any page on this site. You will be directed to our payment page provided by PayPal in order to pay by check or credit card. If you experience any problems click here and send us your name, address and invoice number if available. We will send you the link to pay via check or credit card via email. You may also setup bill pay through your bank or call us anytime at (240) 427-7099.
What items are considered bulk items?

Items considered bulk items are (not limited to): Gas & electric powered push style lawn mowers, bathtubs, furniture, bicycles, used exercise equipment, beds, box springs, tires...etc. (Please contact us to verify additional items and to request a quote).
How do I report a missed pickup?

Please contact us as soon as possible at (240) 427-7099. In some instances, our drivers are still in the area and can return. However, we will pickup the next possible day.

In the event of a delay that prevents service from being completed we will return the following day or your next scheduled pickup the following week. Please view our website and/or Facebook for updates often. If you are on the email list you will occasionally be notified via email as well.

Unfortunately, we can not allow partial payments or offer credits for missed pickups under any circumstances. Our rates are based on dump fees at the Charles County Landfill for volume of trash not the number of pickups.
TnT Trash Services, LLC. will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely disposal pickup; provided that, due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, hazardous roads and/or driving conditions, traffic delays, motor vehicle accidents, delays at landfills and equipment failure, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times or dates.
What happens during inclement weather?

During inclement weather your services may be suspended. We will resume service as soon as possible, however, unless stated otherwise, your next pickup will be your regularly scheduled day the following week. For the safety of our crews, service will resume when weather conditions permit. Under certain circumstances, we can not guarantee when pickup will resume. We request your patience and understanding during this time.

Do you collect hazardous material?

TnT Trash Services, LLC does not collect hazardous material. It is illegal to discard in your bulk trash for us to discard. Hazardous material is material that is dangerous or potentially harmful to our health or the environment.
